Carrousel du Louvre | Paris, France
There are moments in life that hardly seem real, and exhibiting my artwork at the Carrousel du Louvre is certainly one of them.
Many of my photographs begin as quiet moments in nature, watching the light change across a landscape or discovering beauty in places others might pass by. To see those images exhibited beneath one of the world’s most iconic museums is both humbling and deeply rewarding.
Located beneath the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Garden, the Carrousel du Louvre is one of Paris’s premier cultural venues, hosting internationally recognised art exhibitions and events throughout the year. Visitors pass through the striking underground complex beneath I.M. Pei’s famous glass pyramid, making it a remarkable setting for experiencing contemporary art.
This page records my exhibitions at the Carrousel du Louvre over the years. Below you’ll find the featured artworks, exhibition dates and the stories behind each exhibition. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share my work in one of the world’s great centres of art and culture.

17-19 October 2025
I travelled to Paris by Eurostar after spending a few days in London, determined to see my artwork on display at the Salon d’Art Contemporain beneath the iconic Louvre Museum. Standing there and seeing my work exhibited at the Carrousel du Louvre was one of the proudest and most memorable moments of my career.
The experience took an unexpected turn the following morning. While enjoying breakfast at my hotel, about five kilometres from the Louvre, I learned that thieves had carried out a jewellery robbery inside the museum just hours after I had been there. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but it was a surreal reminder that even as life-changing moments unfold for us personally, the world around us continues to write its own stories.
Fortunately, my memories of Paris remain focused on the privilege of exhibiting in one of the world’s most celebrated cultural landmarks, an experience I’ll never forget.
This exhibit included three of my signature impressionist Irish landscapes:
